Refund Policy for Lyria 3 Pro

Thank you for choosing Lyria 3 Pro. This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, credit packs, and other paid access to our AI music generation Service.

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case. We may decline requests for accounts that have materially used the purchased credits, subscription time, generated outputs, or violated our Terms of Service.

Please note: Add-on credits and consumed usage are non-refundable except where required by law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@lyria3-pro.com and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The order number or transaction reference
  • The reason for the refund request

Review and Processing

Once we receive your request, we will review the account activity and payment details, then notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that the refund amount may be reduced by payment processing fees, chargeback handling costs, or similar non-recoverable charges, up to 6% of the initial payment amount where permitted by law.
